Located on a beautiful wooded lot north of town, the inspiration for this design comes from the significant craftsman homes on Rosemary Street in the historic district of Chapel Hill. Although significant in size, the home nestles comfortably into the landscape, owing to careful massing, proportions, and details. Every detail and material has been painstakingly designed to follow the arts & crafts tradition which flourished throughout North Carolina. Model by Center Studio.
