Start with a beloved Durham nightclub.  Peel back the layers.  Show off the bones.  Create lofty spaces by subtraction.  Pay homage to an industrial past.  Put a massive skylight over the shower to open it to the sun and moon.  Create a new roof deck that overlooks all of downtown.  Finish with one sweet bachelor pad.  Photos by Sarah Arneson and Center Studio
